In plain English: if the work isn't what we said it would be, we come back and fix it. No invoice, no debate. For two years.
What we cover
- Defects in our application. Peeling, flaking, brush marks, drips, coverage gaps, or anything else that traces back to how we put the paint on.
- Walk-out punch list. Anything you flag on the walk-out gets corrected before we send the final invoice.
- Touch-ups within two years. Wear-and-tear touch-ups in areas we painted, on the colors we applied. Bring us back, we'll handle it.
What we can't cover
- Surface failures we didn't cause. If the substrate underneath fails (drywall cracks from settling, leaks, mold), the paint can't fix that.
- Damage from accidents or abuse. Scratches, dents, marker. We can come back and repaint, but it's a new job, not a warranty claim.
- Color choices you decided you didn't like. We test the colors with you in your light before we coat the wall. If you change your mind two weeks in, we'll come back, but it's a new project.

Most painting outfits in Park City turn over crews every season. We have not. Our crew has been with us nearly as long as we have been in business. If something needs to be made right two years from now, the same people who painted it will be the ones who come back.
