We also collect basic technical information when you visit the site (browser type, IP address, pages visited) through our hosting provider Cloudflare and analytics.
Call Tracking & Recording
We use CallRail to provide phone numbers and route calls to our crew. CallRail dynamically inserts a tracking phone number on this site and may record call audio for quality and training purposes. By calling the number on this site, you consent to call tracking. Call data (number, duration, source) is stored by CallRail and used by us to understand which marketing channels work.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to SMS communications, we may send messages about your project inquiry, estimate scheduling, and project status. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or call 435-534-6959. Mobile opt-in data is NOT shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule estimates, complete your project, and follow up afterward. We do not sell your personal information. We may share project details with subcontracted color consultants or referred trades only with your explicit permission.
