Acceptance of Terms
By using paintersparkcity.com, requesting an estimate, or hiring Different Strokes Quality Painting LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or hire us.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are based on the scope provided at walk-through. Material additions, scope changes, or hidden conditions discovered during work may adjust the final cost. We do not begin work without your signed agreement on the final scope.
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for two (2) years from project completion under normal use and conditions. The warranty covers defects in our application (peeling, flaking, brush marks from our work). It does not cover damage from settling, leaks, abuse, or surface failures originating before our work began.
SMS Terms
If you opt in to SMS, we send estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, and project status updates. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. By texting STOP, you'll receive a final confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. You warrant that the number provided belongs to you.
Payment Terms
Project payment terms are agreed in your project contract. Typical structure is a deposit at scheduling, a progress payment at the midpoint for multi-month projects, and final payment upon walk-through and your sign-off on the punch list. Late payment may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by Utah law.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel a scheduled project with seven (7) days notice without penalty. Inside seven days, a deposit forfeiture may apply to cover materials ordered and time held. Weather-driven reschedules for exterior work are not subject to penalty.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This limitation does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
