Both. For most kitchens we mask the room, remove doors and drawer fronts to a dust-controlled spray station, and finish the boxes in place. You keep your kitchen functional through most of the project. For some heavily detailed builds it makes more sense to pull the whole set, and we will tell you which approach fits your cabinets.
