Maintenance & Touch-Ups.
Touch-ups, recoats, seasonal upkeep for homes we've already painted (and ones we haven't).
How we run maintenance & touch-ups projects.
- Same crew, start to finish. No subcontractors. The hands you meet on day one are the hands holding the brushes on the last day.
- Premium paints. Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore. We tell you what we're using and why before we open a can.
- Mountain-weather scheduling. Park City has a paint season. We work it intelligently and won't push you into a window that compromises the finish.
- Test patches in your light. We brush color samples on the actual wall and let you see them at morning, noon, and evening before committing.
- Walk-out punch list. You walk the home with us. Anything not right gets fixed before we leave.

Sherwin-Williams. Benjamin Moore.
Two paint brands we trust for maintenance & touch-ups. We can match any color we have to and we will tell you which product gives you the best result in your specific conditions. If your designer specs a different brand, we respect the spec.

Maintenance & Touch-Ups questions.
No. We are happy to take on touch-ups, recoats, and seasonal upkeep on homes we have never touched. If we did paint it, even better, because the colors are already on file.
