Pressure-wash, prep, prime, and topcoat. We worked the season around storms and held the project a week when the forecast asked us to. Pushing exterior work through bad weather is how finishes fail.
Premium exterior paint with a fifteen-year manufacturer warranty over our two-year workmanship warranty. Color samples on the actual house, looked at in morning and evening light before final approval.
